on-demand pay.
The survey delved into whether company
executives are interested in offering on-demand
pay, the benefits that might accrue from such
a service and which employees would be most
interested in using this benefit. The survey also
asked employees what factors influence their
interest in on-demand wages, how often they
might use it and whether having access to a
service like this would ultimately make them
more loyal to their employers.
