adapting to change is as normal as breathing.
For the rest of us, however, the Covid pandemic was our tipping point. The time-worn practice of using historical data to forecast the future
suddenly seemed as archaic as doing financial projections with an abacus. Technology advanced with exponential speed, creating some new challenges but also countless new opportunities to transform the ways of working forever.
